Player Photo Upload & Usage Consent
Before uploading a player photo to the TopSekk platform, please read the following terms carefully.
- You confirm that you are the copyright owner of the uploaded photo or that you have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to upload and submit it.
- By uploading the photo, you grant TopSekk a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and perpetual license to store, use, reproduce, display, and publish the photo within the TopSekk platform and its related services.
- You confirm that the uploaded photo does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party.
- You agree that TopSekk may display the photo credit or the name of the copyright owner provided by you together with the photo.
- You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the uploaded content and that TopSekk reserves the right to reject or remove any photo that does not meet our quality standards or violates these terms.

TopSekk platformuna bir oyuncu fotoğrafı yüklemeden önce lütfen aşağıdaki şartları dikkatlice okuyunuz.
- Yüklediğiniz fotoğrafın telif hakkı sahibi olduğunuzu veya fotoğrafı yüklemek için gerekli tüm hak ve izinlere sahip olduğunuzu beyan edersiniz.
- Fotoğrafı yükleyerek, TopSekk'e bu fotoğrafı TopSekk platformu ve ilgili hizmetleri kapsamında saklama, kullanma, çoğaltma, yayınlama ve görüntüleme hakkını ücretsiz, münhasır olmayan, dünya çapında ve süresiz olarak vermeyi kabul edersiniz.
- Yüklediğiniz fotoğrafın herhangi bir telif hakkını, marka hakkını, kişilik hakkını veya üçüncü kişilere ait başka herhangi bir hakkı ihlal etmediğini beyan edersiniz.
- TopSekk'in, tarafınızca belirtilen fotoğraf kaynağını veya telif hakkı sahibinin adını fotoğrafla birlikte gösterebileceğini kabul edersiniz.
- Yüklediğiniz içerikten tamamen sizin sorumlu olduğunuzu ve TopSekk'in uygun görmediği veya kalite standartlarını karşılamayan fotoğrafları reddetme veya kaldırma hakkını saklı tuttuğunu kabul edersiniz.
